Congrats on finding the Library! On the potential settlers, you didn't visit all the settlements in the mountain area. Sometimes they were "Too far." Those settlements won't show up on your map because they haven't been "opened."
Since you are going to do it off-camera, I'll say I think you did pick up all the tech from the kingdoms. You do have four kingdoms still to find, however!
You haven't discovered the fourth desire your citizens are looking for. It's the undiscovered tech line in the desires research tab. If you want a hint as to what the last desire is, look at the windmill tech line under production.
Finally, the spirit healer provides both "healing" and "faith." The blue circle radius applies only to faith. The number serviced applies only to healing (radius doesn't matter to health.)
